Toastmasters is a firm believer in recognizing achievement. As members progress throughout the program and reach milestones recognition is given. Recognition is awarded for both Communication and Leadership achievement. The highest Educational Award in Toastmasters in the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

In order to reach the rank of Distinguished Toastmaster DTM,
a member must complete both the Communication Track
and the Leadership Track of the Toastmasters Educational
